Broken March 5, 2010 JOrth (San Luis Obispo) Worked fine for a year or so, not very accurate, but worked. It has recently stopped picking up the signal from the sensor. Very annoying that Oregon Scientific has such poor customer support. It's almost impossible to get help. Not sure other manufacturers are any better, but I wouldn't buy this again.
a very nice present choise February 14, 2010 This was a very nice choise, was a present to my son and still every day he looks and tanks me saying that it works very well.
Does all it says it will. February 10, 2010 Charles D. Steward Works well and is easy to set up. But don't drop it. I did and the screen cracked so this is the second one I ordered!
works as advertised February 8, 2010 J. Ross (orlando) I searched high and low for a middle of the road weather station, one that was not to expensive but yet not to cheap. I was looking for indoor and outdoor temps with outdoor humidity and so the fact that this unit provides indoor humidity as well was a bonus. Set up was pretty easy as well. I have tried the outdoor sensor in two different locations and have had no problem with it.
Good product, priced right February 3, 2010 Gerald P. Ring (South Carolina) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been using this weatherstation for about a month now and am happy with everything it does. The features I find the most valuable are the large size of the temperature and humidty numbers, the accuracy of all the displayed information, and forecasts. On the overall It is better than I expected and certainly priced right. The only negative I can think of is the fact that it can't be mounted on the wall but I was aware of that when I bought it.
