I purchased this unit as a replacement for an older model. After I received this newer model, I found-out that all I needed was to reset both the remote sensor and the clock. So now I have a model for my motor home as well as the house. I recommend you replace the batteries with new and eliminate a potential none functioning system.2010-08-12

This is worthless. There is a 5 degree difference between the base and external unit when they are sitting side by side.In addition to this, the instructions are vague and incomplete.2010-08-05

For the moeny you can't beat this thermometer. Its real easy to set up and it works great. I liked it so much I bought two more for gifts!!! And the Atomic Clock is fun too.
